    The AKP Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) Nonprofit Organization dedicated to providing young adults with ability to participate in therapeutic recreation. The AKP Foundation relys upon donors like you to help young adults achieve their goals.

  • Apply for an AKP Grant

    2013 Grant Application is OPEN!

    Grants are awarded bi-annually in the form of specific adaptive sports equipment and/or expenses for an individualized adventure.  Grant Applications can be submitted electronically or by mail.

    Please read below or fill out our online application.

    *The AKP Foundation has two application cycle runs (on a Bi-Annual basis).  The cycles are open for 6 months and end November 15th and May 15th of each year.
